The DFRobot URMV3.2 Ultrasonic Sensor allows you to determine the exact distance of an obstacle in the sonar field of view. The URMV3.2 has a serial output together with PWM output which can be connected to most of microcontrollers and even directly to a PC. It has an Arduino library which can be easily connected to Arduino controllers.
